How does the device measure muscle tension?

It uses sensors to calculate the muscle’s reaction to applied force and how much the muscle is displaced. The data is translated into a tension score by an algorithm.

What data does MuscleMap show after a scan?

The app displays a tension score between 1 and 100.

Is it safe to use on any body part or condition?

It is safe to use, but it should be applied with professional judgment.

How long does a scan take per muscle?

Each scan takes about 5 seconds per muscle.

Does it work in real time, or do I have to wait for results?

Results are shown in real time.

Do I need Wi-Fi, or is Bluetooth enough?

Bluetooth connects the device; Wi-Fi is required to log data to your account.

How do I charge the device and how long does the battery last?

The device charges via the included cable and lasts about 6–8 hours per charge.

Do I need to calibrate it?

No. It automatically calibrates each time a muscle is measured.

The solo tier can manage up to 200 active clients. The clinic tier can manage an unlimited number of clients.

Can I use this on multiple clients in the same session?

Each session is linked to a single client to ensure data accuracy.
