When you place a presale order, you're reserving a product that is still in development.
We'll do our best to ship as estimated, but timelines may change. You'll be kept updated via email.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your card $150/month for the MuscleMap Practice plan. The MuscleMapper device is included with your subscription at no additional cost ($0 down).
Month-to-Month: MuscleMap subscriptions are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You have 14 days from the date of your first subscription charge to request a full refund, no questions asked. No returns required.
How to Request a Refund: Simply email us at harrisonshu@getmusclemap.com with your account details. No forms, no hassles, no questions asked.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase and typically take 5-10 business days to appear after we process your request.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No returns required.
Timeline: The 14-day guarantee starts from the date of your first subscription charge (Pacific Time).
Device Ownership: The MuscleMapper device is yours to keep regardless of cancellation or refund. The device requires an active subscription for app functionality.
MuscleMap is a wellness tool for informational purposes only. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Use it responsibly and consult a licensed provider for medical concerns.

We currently only ship within the continental United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
By providing your phone number at checkout, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from MuscleMap related to your order, including a delivery confirmation when your MuscleMapper arrives and up to 2 setup reminders if you have not activated your device within a few days.
Message frequency: Low. Typically 1-3 messages over 5 days following delivery.
